Beardslee Public House in Bothell, Washington is a Pacific Northwest-inspired and family friendly eatery that specializes in world-class signature brews made on site in our 10-barrel brewery. Beardslee’s menu features high-quality, made-from-scratch comfort cuisine crafted from locally sourced ingredients. Most everything served at Beardslee is made in house: the restaurant grinds its own meat, bakes its own fresh bread and creates artisanal cured meats in a separate, specialized charcuterie kitchen.

When fall hits we want ALL of the cider! And if you're like us, then you're in luck because we've got all of the Barrel Roll Cider waiting for you at Beardslee Public House! Chef John Howie travels to Kentucky to procure bourbons by the barrel. Our new Barrel Roll Cider was aged in two of his Buffalo Trace Bourbon barrels! Gordy Rawson, owner and winemaker at Chatter Creek Winery and Cidery in Woodinville, used organic Washington state apples to make the cider and chose a champagne yeast to ferment the juice. The yeast imparts a subtle bubbly fizz, and the bourbon barrel gives off a bourbon forward taste. The result is a dry bourbon infused cider that is super sippable and pairs very nicely with food.
